Chuco Fresh T-Shirts!

That's right folks, we've got shirts now! We learned the ancient art of silk screening, and got to work making some, oh so fresh, Chuco Fresh shirts! Like everything we produce, we make them by hand, so no two are exactly alike! Get your one of a kind Chuco Fresh shirt now!

As usual, we will be at "La Parada" tonight, selling our Glasswork and Jewelry, and now also our Chuco Fresh shirts! Come out and support La Parada and Chuco Fresh! See you tonight!

Here are some pictures of our silk screening process, and finally, the finished product at the bottom:

To make a silk screen with the photo emulsion method, you need to first make a transparency, or a stencil to block out the light.  The emulsion fluid is light sensitive. You can think of it as an empty film when it is dried on the silk screen. Once it is dry you want to place it under a light, or in the sun. Leave it for a few min (5-10) and then wash the screen off with water. What you are left with is a stencil that you push ink through onto whatever surface you want to silk screen... in our case, Chuco Fresh shirts.

To the left are crucial items you will need, and below are the examples of the transparency and the finished silk screen stencil.

You will probably need some clamps to hold everything down!

We only have black and white tees right now, but we do have them in girl's tank tops.
